About Me

A photograph, in depicting a split-second slice of reality, can make the viewer aware of things that otherwise might have gone unnoticed.  In my photographic work, I aim to bring the “unseen” into view, be it through an unusual vantage point, an unexpected subject, or techniques and filters that lend a fresh perspective to everyday things.

In 2020 I’ve submitted works to a number of photography shows/juried exhibitions, and I’ve been honored to have images accepted into several.  See Exhibitions, below, for information about two upcoming exhibitions that will include works of mine.

Originally from Michigan, I’ve been a San Francisco Bay Area resident for many years, following my graduation from UC Santa Cruz.  I live in beautiful downtown Mountain View with my partner and our two fabulous cats, Scarlet and Lucy.
